Our policy on travel restrictions

We continue to closely monitor the fast-moving policies from the UK Government, overseas governments and leading travel industry bodies. Whilst we know we need to remain cautious with the ongoing pandemic, we are optimistic that the latest information coming from these bodies means that we will be able to operate holidays to many more destinations later this summer and into the autumn.

  • We constantly review the latest government information and, where we need to, are cancelling holidays on a rolling departure date basis. Please be assured that if your own holiday is impacted, we’ll be in touch with you directly to discuss your options, which will include the opportunity to change your holiday with no change fee (but subject to the difference in the price of the holiday) or receive a full refund within 14 days.

  • We are closely monitoring the advice from the UK Government, overseas Government’s and travel industry bodies. At present, we plan to operate our holidays as expected, unless you hear from us otherwise. Should you wish to amend your holiday at this stage, change fee’s will apply. Our Customer Service team is currently experiencing a significantly higher than average call volume and as such, wait times are much longer than we would like.
